Support Groups

Our support groups are specifically tailored for the first responder and frontline medical communities. We are proud to offer these at no cost. You can find out more about the specific support groups below. If you have a request for additional groups or have any questions, please get in touch with our team at info@code4counseling.com.

Privacy & Confidentiality

At Code-4, your privacy is our priority. We safeguard your personal information, never share attendance with agencies or employers, and ask all participants to respect one another’s confidentiality. What’s shared in the group stays in the group.

Substance Use Support Group for First Responders

Being a first responder means carrying the weight of what most people will never see. Sometimes that weight gets heavier, and substance use becomes a way to cope. You’re not alone — and you don’t have to carry it alone. This is an in-person substance use support group sponsored by the It’s A Calling Foundation for first responders, and is led by a Code-4 clinician. Family members and peers are welcome to drop off group members, but attendance is limited to active, former, and retired first responders.
